Rates:

• France and European Union: standard delivery €2.90 on orders under €100, free on orders of €100 or more; priority order, processed the same day: €4.90 on orders under €100, €2.90 on orders of €100 or more.
• United States and other countries: standard international delivery €3.90 on orders under €100 (€101 for the United States), free above that amount; priority order, processed the same day: €4.90.

The exact price of each option, converted into your currency where applicable, is displayed at checkout, before payment.

Shipping: most orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 48 business hours. Some orders are shipped from France, the rest from our warehouses abroad; in all cases, a tracking link is sent to you as soon as your order ships.

Estimated delivery times (including processing, shipping and transit):

• France & Europe: 7 to 12 business days, often faster for orders shipped from France.
• French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM): 7 to 18 business days.
• Canada & USA: 7 to 15 business days.
• Rest of the world: 7 to 17 business days.

The countries we deliver to are those offered at checkout.

All our packages are shipped in careful packaging that guarantees the integrity of the products.

Undelivered package: if your order is not delivered within 40 days, it is fully refunded or reshipped, at your choice.

Address error: please check your address when placing your order. In the event of an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@naked-underwear.com: if the order has not yet been shipped, we correct the address; if the package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we offer you reshipment or a refund.
