Delivery

Tracked delivery: free on orders of €100 or more, €2.90 below that.

Shipping: most orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 48 business hours. Some orders ship from France, the rest from our warehouses abroad; either way, you receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Estimated delivery times (processing, shipping and transit included):

• France & Europe: 7 to 12 business days, often faster for orders shipped from France.
• French overseas territories (DOM-TOM): 7 to 18 business days.
• Canada & USA: 7 to 15 business days.
• Rest of the world: 7 to 17 business days.

We do not deliver to Africa or Asia.

All our parcels are shipped in careful packaging that keeps the products intact.

Undelivered parcel: if your order is not delivered within 40 days, it will be fully refunded or reshipped, whichever you prefer.

Address error: please check your address when you place your order. If there is a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contact@naked-underwear.com: if the order has not shipped yet, we will correct the address; if the parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will offer you a reshipment or a refund.
